My Therapeutic Approach

Solution-Focused Therapy

Solution-Focused Therapy is goal oriented that utilizes the client's own skills and abilities to reach their desired goals.

Psychodynamic

Psychdynamic approach focuses on early childhood experiences. It is based on attachments that we have formed early that mirror our adult relationships today. By understanding our past, we learn more about who we are, our behaviors, our reactions, and detrimental patterns that can cycle.

Mind-Body Approach

I believe that it is important to treat the individual as a whole. While working on mental health, it is important to notice what is happening in your body at the same time. our minds can often overpower our body.
