Hello, I am so glad that you have taken on this journey of introspection, growth, and healing. Through a safe, empathetic, and nonjudgmental environment, we will identify your goals and create your plan for growth and create lasting change for a more fulfilling life.
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who is providing services under the supervision of Briana Smith, LMFT CA#117210. I am an EMDR-trained therapist and earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from University of California, Irvine and a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University. I have completed my hours working for Phoenix House, a nonprofit drug and alcohol rehabilitation organization in Santa Ana, California. Where I focused my experience on supporting individuals, couples, and families navigating through addiction, trauma, family conflict, and infidelity.
I believe that holding space for clients and providing a positive and healing environment should be a priority when offering support to individuals, couples, and families. I encourage clients to express their experience and emotions while utilizing Psychodynamic, Attachment Theory, Humanistic approach, as well as EMDR to help desensitize and reprocess negative thoughts.
